At Fare and Just Kitchen we are unique in several ways.
First, we are a vegan, gluten-free, peanut-free restaurant that specializes in to-go food made on our premises with our tried and true recipes.
Chef/Owner Peter Duff is committed to serving Cape Cod as a year-round establishment, both locals and visitors equally. The food is prepared by Peter, with support from his sons Gabe, Aaron, and wife Kara.
This individualized attention and small staff produce incredible cuisine. It also means that since Pete is the primary chef and all that involves, he must carefully plan time off to regroup and to take care of business, himself, and family. It's a slightly different way of conducting business. So far, it seems to serve all well.
